QA Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced QA Lead to join our team at Corsight, a leading AI-powered facial recognition startup. As the QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, by leading and guiding our QA team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, and ultimately driving high-quality software

delivery.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and guide the QA team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work

environment

 Develop and implement QA strategies and processes

 Define and execute test plans for all software products

 Identify and report software defects

 Work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve defects and

improve product quality

 Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies and tools

 Contribute to the team's development of QA standards and best practices

 Represent the QA team in meetings and discussions

Qualifications:

 2-3 years of experience leading and guiding a QA team

 Proven track record of developing and implementing effective QA

strategies

 Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing

methodologies

 Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 Ability to work independently and motivate a team

 Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
