R&D Team Lead

We’re looking for a highly talented R&D team leader to manage a full stack developers team, work cross-functionally between departments and set the technical & cultural tone for the team. 

In this role you will lead a team of full stack developers and devops engineers, developing one of our cyber security products. You will act as a scrum master, working closely with the product team to define, plan and execute new features and technical aspects of the product.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of full-stack developers and DevOps as the direct manager 
• Act as the team scrum master
• Lead the technical aspects of the team (design, architecture, code reviews, etc.)
• Be part of the R&D staff in cross-R&D tasks
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering their growth and development.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of software architecture, 
• Identify and mitigate technical challenges with creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on full-stack experience – Must (+3 years in Python ,+1 year in React.js)
• At least 2 years leading software development teams, growing and mentoring engineers-Must
• Experience in - RabbitMQ, PostgresQL - Must
• Experience with Docker, K8S - a big advantage
• Cares about clean code and enjoys great design
• Strong communication skills and excellent team work
• Ability to work in a flexible, agile, environment on a variety of subjects and technologies
• Experience in developing products throughout their full life cycle - a big advantage
• Fluent English – speaking, reading, and writing
