Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Ownership Over Deliverables: Manage inbound and outbound project deliverables, collaborating with R&D groups and customer project teams.

Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to support project objectives.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement proactive strategies to ensure project success.

Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including scope of work, technical specifications, and customer reports.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience (7 years) as a Project Manager of multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Understanding of laser technology, communication systems, and network management.
• Communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hebrew.
• Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in managing projects from early-stage to full-scale development.
• Interpersonal communication abilities.
