We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marcom Manager to lead our marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging across all platforms.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the company's website. Develop and implement social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Marketing Collateral: Create and manage a variety of marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, product sheets, and presentations.
• Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute both global and local marketing events and trade shows.
• Sales Support: Provide marketing materials, presentations, and other resources to support the sales team.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing communication budget.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with marketing and advertising vendors.
• Lead Management: Manage leads generated from various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think creatively.
• Efficient time management and prioritization skills
• Team player
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in WordPress and HubSpot.
• Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
