Eitan Medical is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of BA Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's business applications while also providing hands-on technical support. You will lead the BA team, provide strategic direction, manage resources, and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking and technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, data and performance of the ERP and CRM systems and the production line, and own all business applications related responsibilities globally.
• Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and metrics using PowerBI and other tools.
• Lead the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
• Take a part in defining the technology roadmaps and long-term vision for core systems integrated with overall applications and processes.
• Manage projects, resources and vendors to ensure successful delivery, budget and timeline expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience, preferably at a global company.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with experience on large-scale ERP system.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, landscape design, and system administration best practices preferred.
• Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience with defining and implementing software interfaces.
• Experience in SQL and BI Tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and create a deep and clear understanding of the business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of hands-on capabilities, in complex technical environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience background in marketing, sales and global business processes – A strong advantage.
• Experience with SOC2 or ISO2700 audit – An advantage.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
