Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and develop a team of talented and motivated backend developers.
• Upgrade and maintain the infrastructure of large scale, mission critical, core software systems.
• Support huge scale, self-redundant data gathering systems.
• Develop algorithms for processing and deriving business insights from huge data sets.
• Create, develop and optimize Machine Learning and other algorithms.
• Work with Analytics, PM, and with other teams in the engineering organization to design architecture changes.
• Owning and developing the back-end components: coding, monitoring, DB, DevOps systems.

Skills and qualifications:

• 3 Years experience as a software development team leader.
• Bsc/Msc in computer science from a leading institute.
• Experience with relational DB (preferably MySQL).
• Independent, self learner.
• Team player. Excellent communication skills.
• Python, data mining, cloud platform (GCP ,Azure...), Big
• Data/NoSQL, Django.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
