Student Position: HRIS Data Control Specialist: Student

We are looking for a HRIS Data Control Specialist student that will responsible for HRIS data system (Oracle HCM), Monitor Open positions flow and support change of organizational structure in the system.

Major areas of responsibility:

• Ongoing revision and update of the information system data and forwarding the information for updates
• Control and Monitor Open Position Workflow
• Support change of organizational structure in the system
• Executing special projects as per the division manager’s request
• H/O Subject Matter Expert in Orace HCM
  
  

• Academy Education- Student of Industrial Engineering, at least a 1.5 study balance
• Experience in a similar role- an advantage
• Familiarity with HRIS/ERP system- an advantage
• Good control of English language (Speaking, reading, and writing)
• High level knowledge of Excel
