Responsibilities

Playtika is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team.

This position suits you if you are talented, highly-motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a high level, dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment. A successful candidate will have experience in implementing Company Policies across its different Business Units, while partnering with their relevant stakeholders.

In this challenging position, you will be part of the Legal department of Playtika and work with multiple interfaces across the company, world-wide.

• Understanding the business working processes flow to identify the appropriate places for embedding Controls.
• Designing and creating new Policies / modifications to existing ones.
• Creatively overcome obstacles so that the Compliance Controls will operate alongside to the business activities.
• Performing an assessment (Testing) to evaluate the effectiveness of the Compliance Controls across the Business Units.
• Working with the defined business-owners on an execution of the remediation plan to reduce the risks due to failures and deficiencies.
• Making a consistent Improvement of the implemented Risk Management and Control System (redesign).
• Developing a strong understanding of the company’s business and provide timely, practical, business-oriented recommendations as a Compliance focal point to the Business Units.
  
  

• CPA, BA in Economics, or in Industrial Engineering Management – Must.
• Minimum 3 years of Compliance experience, or less if has experience in working in a Global, International Company as an in-house Compliance function.
• Experience in working in the gaming companies industry or other Global Hi-Tech Company – Advantage.
• High level of professionalism, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, organized, responsible, self-driven and highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude - ability to manage, prioritize and support multiple matters simultaneously with different stakeholders.
• Ability to independently lead Compliance efforts, projects and methodologies.
• Strong verbal communication skills, organizational skills and High interpersonal abilities. Comfortably works in a global organization with multicultural environment.
• High Level of English.
