DYG, a leading user-acquisition solutions provider for app developers and advertising agencies, is looking for a talented recruiter to take lead and manage our global recruitment process.

The role is focused mostly on talent acquisition at the first 6 months, but will also have involvement with HR projects from all sizes and shapes.

What will you actually do?

• Lead our local and global end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding, for various departments and roles, including Customer Success Managers, Media Buyers, Marketing, etc.
• Work closely with hiring managers, build the right hiring profiles, processes and plans
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for qualified candidates that will be relevant for current and future needs
• Own the employer branding of the company. work with our marketing team, create social presence, events, referral programs, etc
• Maintain our high standard of excellent candidate experience
• As a part of our HR department, you will also get the opportunity to work on HR related projects and assignments (Training, Processes’, Talent management, etc.)

Requirements

• At least 2 Years of experience in recruitment, global experience is a big plus
• Availability for a minimum of a half time position, can be a great opportunity for students in their last year.
• Ability to create pipelines, conduct in-depth sourcing and market research
• Familiarity with Linkedin, ATS platforms and various recruitment and assessment tools
• Experience in headhunting for senior positions and creating interest with passive candidates
• Great communication skills in English, both verbal and written are a must
• Proactive approach for tasks, we expect you to move mountains if needed
• HR knowledge, and the ability to work with managers from all levels
• Team player who sees the big picture, being egoless and positive is key for fitting in our company culture
• Bachelor degree in relevant field, MA or MBA is a plus.
