About The Role

Hello Heart is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Integration Engineer Student to join our Back-End team on a part-time basis (50%). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing marketing campaign operations, running integrations, performing troubleshooting, and enhancing processes through scripting and automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing services including email campaigns, data exports, campaign summary reports, etc.
• Ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Run and test integrations for clients, performing thorough checks and resolving any problems.
• Enhance processes by executing integrations, running scripts, and implementing automation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Back-End team to support various technical projects and initiatives.
  
  

Your Skills

• A second-year student or higher pursuing a B.S. degree.
• Strong technical orientation and quick to understand new technical concepts
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with JavaScript - advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail.
• Flexibility in workday hours may be required to complete deliverables.
• High level of English proficiency.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Part-time: 22 hours per week
• Ability to work 2 full days and an additional two hours per day for the rest of the week (flexible).
• Minimum of one day working from the office.
