Head of SEO

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of SEO to join our Marketing team.

The Head of SEO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and increase website traffic.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic for a global company.
• Develop link-building strategies to improve the website's authority and ranking.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for improved search visibility.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams and inform content strategy.
• Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions.
• Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a global company -Mandatory.
• Previous experience in financial / Fintech companies - an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
