Big Data Developer

A Big Data company developing advanced products in Ad Tech, including one of the largest video advertising platforms in the United States. It has the capability to customize ads in real-time using machine learning models and LLMs, handling immense scale.

The company is profitable and collaborates with major brands, emphasizing continuous innovation and staying at the forefront of the industry.

Currently employing 900 employees globally, with 200 based in Israel, half of whom are in the R&D department.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, the company offers a hybrid work model with 3 days remote.

The role involves joining a team developing streaming systems in Java with technologies such as Kafka, Hadoop, BitmaDB, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Grafana, InfluxDB, and Kibana.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer engineering or equivalent degrees

• 5years of data engineering experience

• Experience with Pipelines/ETLs/Hadoop/Spark/Kafka/Streaming systems

• 3 years of experience in Java or Scala.

• Experience with SQL & NOSQL DBs.

• Experience in dealing with performance and high scale systems

• Experience with Kubernetes - advantage

• Experience with Gitlab, Grafana, InfluxDb, Kibana – advantage

• Team player, ego less, strong communication skills.
