What we’re looking for
We are seeking a talented Global Facilities Manager to join our team in Hod Hasharon, Israel. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our office facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This role requires managerial skills, leading a global team.
What you’ll do
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Hod Hasharon office and other Allot global facilities.
- Lead and manage a facilities and administration team, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Manage vendors and contractors.
- Be responsible for the multi-million facility budget.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Develop operational policies and procedures (cellular, leasing, meals, etc.) and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Optimize space utilization and plan for future needs. Coordinate office moves, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and crisis management plans.
- Ensure a high employee experience and high level of services.
What you should have
- 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- BA\BSc degree or equivalent.
- Experience in high-tech or corporate environments.
- Experience managing teams and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Hebrew
- Previous experience in managing renovations projects.
- Service oriented and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with facilities management software and tools.
