job description:
Accompanying the customers throughout the project, adjusting architectural features, coordination between consultants, price offers, bills of quantities, and final pricing.
In addition, you'll be characterizing needs and initial planning with the customers, accompanying the construction phase and working with contractors/suppliers/consultants, carrying out planning and interior design until delivery to the tenants.
Requirements:
Architect or architectural engineer - mandatory
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Full control, knowledge, and proven expertise in Autocad software
Proven knowledge and experience in office applications (Excel, Word)
Experience working with planning and construction authorities
