Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of UX\Products designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to help them grow and achieve their career goals.
• Set clear objectives, priorities, and expectations for the team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Define UX strategies and roadmaps that align with product vision and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and leverage data to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and considered in the design process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, tool enhancement, and skill development within the UX team.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the UX design practice

within the organization.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience in a leadership or management role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workload.
• Positive customer facing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
