Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team and lead the technological development of our innovative startup in the verticals of Fintech and Real-Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong technological background and proven track record in building and scaling online products from inception to successful implementation. The company was founded by serial entrepreneurs with proven experience in real-estate and building technology companies from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in all aspects of technology development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability of our platform.

- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to full-scale deployment, leveraging your expertise in agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles.

- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure architecture for our platform, considering long-term technical and business goals.

- Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Technology Stack Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to support our product roadmap and business objectives.

- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure high standards of reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to define technology roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role within a startup environment, ideally in the Fintech/PropTech or related industry.

- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling online platforms, proficiency in software development methodologies, and strong knowledge of modern tech stacks, including AI/ML (e.g., cloud services, microservices architecture).

- Leadership Skills: Track record of successfully leading and developing high-performance engineering teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Innovation and Vision: Ability to innovate and drive technological advancements, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in the real estate and property technology sectors.

- Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to translate business strategy into technical execution plans and scalable solutions.
