Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader with over 7 years of experience in system engineering, particularly in electrical or electronics engineering, to join us as VP of Systems and Product. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the CTO, you will be instrumental in bringing our technology innovations to market-ready products, overseeing the integration of hardware and software solutions, including optical components.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead system engineering efforts to transform technological innovations into market-ready hardware products.

· Oversee the comprehensive development of hardware products, focusing on system engineering, electronics, and integration.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of products.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to support hardware development and procurement.

· Embrace a hands-on approach, actively participating in the development process to ensure high-quality outcomes.

· Exhibit a can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and independence as a self-starter in a dynamic startup environment.

· Thrive in an early-stage startup environment, driving innovation and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

· MSc in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

· Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in system engineering, preferably in startups or tech-driven environments.

· Must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with optical components in hardware systems.

· Expertise in hardware product development, system architecture, and integration.

· Proven project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
