Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawyer for our Urban Renewal Department with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in urban renewal projects, property law, and municipal regulations. Responsibilities include providing legal advice on redevelopment initiatives, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong commitment to fostering sustainable and community-focused urban development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in urban renewal projects, property law, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in urban renewal projects, property law, and municipal regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Admission to the Israeli Bar Association
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited university
