Senior PHP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer with a strong background in Laravel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing software development, troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance, and leading a remote development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the development of software solutions.
• Lead and coordinate a remote development team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer.
• Extensive experience with Laravel framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience in managing and leading development teams remotely.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
