Programmatic Account Manager

We’re looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations and strategy, driving growth and efficiency across the department. You will be a key partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven insights and leading cross-functional initiatives.

You will lead the department’s day-to-day activities ensuring operational excellence across the department, this will include responsibility for reports, performance analysis, as well as ad servers and players set up in the Connected TV and mobile space.

Your primary goal will be to increase our department productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track progress against annual business objectives and KPI's, translating strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and inform strategic decision-making.
• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy.
• Onboarding new technologies and programmatic partners, including technical integration and alignment.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with technical vendors.
• Monitor daily performance and improve media selling strategies.
• Define and prioritize the required additional technical capabilities.
• Networking and attending various industry events identifying new market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in the ad-tech industry.
• Experience with video ad exchanges.
• Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols
• Understanding of the OTT ad technology ecosystem.
• Tech savvy and expert in troubleshooting.
• Proven data analysis skills & Excel command, and ability to synthesize key takeaways.
• Organized and detail-oriented individual, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
