Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temp role. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also be responsible for follow-up hiring managers and conducting recruitment activities. This is a hybrid role, based in Tel Aviv.

Qualifications

• 3 years and up experience in E2E tech recruiting in products companies.
• Experience in tech sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Ability and proven experience to manage hiring managers
• Availability to 80% -100% hybrid position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
