By deeply analyzing customer data, you'll uncover and implement advanced strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV), personalized shopping experiences, recommend lens upgrades or designer frames, and design comprehensive loyalty programs that drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement impactful, data-driven email strategies for enhanced customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Oversee the execution of diverse email campaigns, including lifecycle emails, promotions, newsletters, and customer segmentation.
• Lead the deployment of marketing automation platforms to craft sophisticated automated email workflows, customer journeys, and lead nurturing processes.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize various marketing channels, including email.

• Hands-On Email Marketing:
• Directly manage and execute email marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
• Conduct thorough A/B testing and in-depth analysis to refine email elements for improved performance.
• Monitor and analyze key email metrics, including deliverability, open rates, click rates, and conversions.
• Segment customer data for highly personalized communications based on demographics, behavior, and purchase history.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates and graphics.

• SMS & Push Notifications:
• Lead and innovate SMS marketing initiatives for heightened customer engagement and tailored messaging campaigns.
• Develop and oversee push notification campaigns for web and app platforms.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align email initiatives with broader goals and brand messaging.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Reporting & Optimization:
• Provide detailed and regular reports to the marketing team on email campaign performance, trends, and optimization suggestions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing automation, and implement relevant innovations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in hands-on email marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role, preferably in the ecommerce sector.
• Demonstrated expertise with online communication tools, including SMS, web push notifications, and app push notifications.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including advanced segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
• Strong familiarity with leading marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative flair and design acumen to create visually appealing and high-converting email templates and content.
