Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Officer & HR Manager to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strategic decision-making, coordination, and providing essential information and support to senior management.

They will ensure smooth administrative operations and effective HR management, contributing to the success of our rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate and organize company events and employee training programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
• Facilitate communication between departments and provide administrative support to various teams.

Qualifications:

• LLB degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
