Back End Developer (Elixir!)

A Marketing-AI startup, based in the center of Tel-Aviv.

We're creating a Virtual Marketing Agency, where each of our clients gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on their Strategy, Campaigns, Social Engagement, Brand Awareness, and more.

You will work on:

• Highly concurrent real-time infrastructure.
• multi-participant (humans & AI) instant messaging platform.
• Contribution to open-source and AI tech (GenAI, LLMs, Agents).

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in high concurrency languages: Elixir, Erlang, (Go, Rust, Crystal).
• Practical experience with Managed AWS services (ECS, EKS, RDS, etc).
• Experience in building highly scalable backend systems.

(If you don't have Elixir experience, this position won't fit you)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain monoliths, microservices, and serverless infrastructure - we use all three in different parts of our stack.
• Develop, test, and deploy real-time, distributed, highly scalable systems.
• Build a multi-participant (humans & AI) instant messaging platform.
• Collaborate with the AI team on cutting-edge tech.
• Seamlessly integrate APIs.
• Git master.
