Computer Repair Intake Manager

LaptopCare Computer Lab is inviting a Computer Repair Intake Manager to join our team. We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist who is ready to become part of our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and registering computers and other equipment for repair.
• Consulting clients on repair and maintenance issues.
• Conducting initial diagnostics of malfunctions.
• Maintaining documentation and reporting.
• Processing payments for services and issuing receipts.
• Ensuring timely transfer of equipment to the repair department.
• Keeping the reception area and workspace organized.
• Answering client calls, providing price quotes.
• Monitoring repair statuses and keeping clients informed about the progress.

Requirements:

• Experience in computer equipment service is preferred.
• Good communication skills, friendliness, and politeness.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
• Ability to handle documentation and meet deadlines.
• Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Skills in working with the "Priority" program.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• High degree of self-organization and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changes.
• Basic knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
• Experience in handling stressful situations and resolving conflicts with clients.
