TECHNICAL GOALS:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET Core and MS SQL!
• Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) architecture to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker!
• Integrate caching solutions such as Redis to enhance application performance (not mandatory).
• Design and implement cloud backend solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Develop real-time solutions to meet the demands of our applications!
• Familiarity with CDN solutions like Cloudflare to optimize content delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improvements.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on time.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Proven experience as a Backend Tech Lead or in a similar senior role.
• Proficiency in .NET Core and MS SQL.
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) architecture.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Redis or any other caching database is not mandatory.
• Experience with cloud backend solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Expertise in developing real-time solutions.
• Familiarity with CDN solutions such as Cloudflare.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

ADVANTAGES

• Proficiency in writing system pattern designs.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and JIRA.
• Monitoring and tracing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
