Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background in multidisciplinary systems along with exceptional project management skills. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a key role in improving processes and optimizing project workflows.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements, in accordance with the company project management procedure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and milestones. Proactively Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented. Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the project management framework. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, mitigations, and issues. Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure project success.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management for at least 5 years’ experience in a technology company
• Deep technical knowledge and understanding of multidisciplinary systems, mechanical development, processes, and principles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team spirit; wants to share and help others succeed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results oriented, strong sense of urgency.
• Experience in the medical device industry and understanding of regulatory compliance – advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, OnePlan etc.).
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent - advantage
