Operation and Logistics Manager

We are hiring an Operation and Logistics Manager For a leading medical device startup

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of international logistics and operations.

Optimize stock levels and manage the ordering of necessary supplies.

Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery.

Manage sea and air shipments, including import processes and regulatory approvals (e.g., SII approvals in Israel).

Handle global import logistics

Supervise incoming goods and warehouse operations.

Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process efficiently.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a logistics and operations manager, preferably in those fields.

Proven track record in building and managing supply chains, including inventory management, shipments, import/export, and last-mile delivery.

Extensive experience in international logistics.

Experience managing vendors.

Proficiency in ERP systems for process management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Willingness to travel as required.

Experience in consumer or medical product industries is advantageous.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience in vendor auditing and/or quality assurance management is beneficial.
