What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an adaptable and seasoned Senior Technical Product Manager who can manage and build product software. This individual will play a pivotal role in the development process, bringing with them the agility and pace often found in startup environments. This position will report to the VP of Product, who is currently residing in Israel.

What You Will Do

• Take an active role in building product software and ensuring the pace and urgency necessary for an exceptional user experience.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap to guide the engineering team while crafting detailed functional product requirements for UI/UX Designers and Engineers to ensure the development of high-quality, user-friendly features.
• Problem solver: connect the dots, make sense of data, and offer creative solutions to unblock the team to execute.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of API integrations for third-party systems and platforms.
• Ensure ease of use and high quality in the Web and Mobile apps. Partner with QA teams to uphold product quality standards and meet user requirements.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, user manuals, and product guidelines.
• Establish mechanisms to gather feedback from end-users and iterate on product features accordingly.
• Collaborate with product marketing, marketing, and sales teams for product launches and promotional activities.
• Partner closely with the VP of Product, who resides in Israel, to align on product strategies, priorities, and roadmaps, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across time zones.
• Excel in executing tasks and meeting deadlines, consistently delivering on commitments and ensuring projects reach successful completion with precision and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to adapt to different time zones and be available part of the time during US (CA) hours.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AgTech, or related fields.8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile and web app development.
• Experience working as a Software Engineer or holding a degree in Software Engineering is a plus.
• Experience working with legacy code and legacy systems is required, including the ability to understand, maintain, and improve existing software infrastructure.
• Technical proficiency in mobile and web app development and tools.
• Experience working in startup environments, demonstrating agility, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.
• Experience in hardware devices is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling for data-heavy products is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Capability to clearly and concisely document product requirements and collaterals.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, both domestic and international.
