As a Senior FP&A you will be working closely with both global and local management and teams, transforming the business plans into financial impacts and insights.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• Budget management and planning. Articulating financial goals and developing strategic financial plans, through collaboration with different departments within the company.
• Cost-accounting analysis of the Company's products. Analyze and control costs throughout the production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize the company's cost structure.
• Preparing forecasts. This includes evaluating the financial performance of the company, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending appropriate courses of action.
• Preparing monthly reports. Interpret and analyze financial data in order to provide meaningful insights to the management team in Israel and abroad.
  
  

Requirements

• BA in Economics– a must. Master's degree – an advantage.
• Experience of 5-8 years in budget preparation process, P&L analysis and controlling.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English, both orally and written
• Advanced Excel, ideally with some modelling expertise
• Proficient in accounting basics – for Opex and Capex management
• Experience in global manufacturing company – a strong advantage. Additional experience in high tech companies – an advantage.
• Experience with SAP ERP – a strong advantage
• Service oriented - interact at all levels of the company and communicating financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
• Projects leading and analytical capabilities.
• Capacity to resist pressure and work under tight timelines.
