Information Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Communication and Information Security Team Leader to join our team in Bnei Brak city.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of communication and information security professionals, ensuring high performance and development.
• Oversee and drive the execution of security and networking projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Implement, manage, and maintain various security systems to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize network switching and routing configurations, ensuring efficient and secure communication channels.
• Deep understanding and application of TCP/IP protocols for effective network and security management.
• Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to align security and communication strategies with business objectives.
• Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in communication and information security.

-Strong knowledge of security systems and network switching and routing at the CCNA level.

-Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols.

-Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

-Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects successfully.

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to various stakeholders.
