Engineering Project Manager

Role Overview:

- Manage end-to-end engineering projects, from conceptualization to execution.

- Focus on diverse technological domains, including:

• Specification and integration of specialized equipment
• Infrastructure and structural development
• Process optimization for the pharmaceutical industry
• Deliver business-centric solutions to meet site-specific requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects

- Develop comprehensive work plans

- Update and prioritize project statuses using Gantt charts

- Oversee budgets in both Hebrew and English

- Uphold stringent quality standards while fostering teamwork and cost-efficiency

- Liaise with various on-site departments and international suppliers

- Operate within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment

Work Schedule:

- Full-time: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 – 16:30 

- Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory)

2. Minimum 2 years of experience managing engineering projects (mandatory)

3. Proven track record in working with multiple interfaces (mandatory)

4. Strong technical aptitude, including experience with complex mechanical and robotic equipment integration (mandatory)

5. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Very good English skills – speaking, writing , reading  (mandatory)

7. Willingness to work overtime as needed
