QA Lead

Join our innovative Team as a QA Testing Manager. You'll establish quality standards, build and lead a QA team, and oversee all testing processes to meet Tier-1 customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and lead a team of QA engineers (manual & automation) for multidisciplinary products.
• Ensure high-quality releases of software, hardware, and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with Product Development and product teams for comprehensive testing coverage.
• Develop automated and manual testing suites for all product aspects.
• Participate in SCRUM activities and resolve testing issues.
• Improve QA processes and maintain detailed test documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a QA testing manager for cloud-based multidisciplinary products.
• Expertise in manual and automated testing with tools like Selenium, Appium, and JUnit.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Experience with IoT solutions and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail industry standards is a plus.
