We're in search of a dedicated and proactive Marketing Operations Manager.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our marketing efforts. You will oversee the implementation and management of marketing technologies, optimize workflows, and ensure data-driven decision-making to support the overall marketing strategy targeting commercial real estate and investment management audiences.

Implement and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

Ensure data accuracy and integration across various platforms.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting
  
  

Set up analytics and reporting frameworks.

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Process Optimization
  
  

Streamline marketing workflows and processes.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Lead Management
  
  

Develop lead scoring models and ensure proper lead routing.

Set up lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects.

• Budget Management
  
  

Monitor and manage the marketing budget.

Analyze the cost-effectiveness of different marketing activities.

• Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  
  

Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role in a B2B environment
• Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
