Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.
We are looking for a part time (60%) NOC Engineer to join our Technical Operation department.
This role takes part in providing first-level support to global customers for advanced and complex Paragon's products.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor clients’ systems, working with the most interesting technology in the industry
- Handle Tier-1 tasks and escalate when needed according to the company procedures
- Perform operations when needed to try and resolve incidents as soon as possible
- Work closely with Technical Account Manager teams to solve complex incidents
- Assess and prioritize faults and respond and escalate accordingly
- Provide initial response and handling Tier-1 tasks for the company’s clients.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and networking
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Great communication skills
- Experience working in a technological environment - Advantage
- 1+ Years Experience providing technical customer support - Advantage
- Experience working as a NOC engineer - Advantage
- Experience working with one of the following: Jira/ticket system, Kubernetes – Advantage
- Willing to work in shifts 24/7, nights, weekends and Holidays
