Our startup is looking for an experienced AI Advisory Board proficient in DL, LLM, and MLOps

This position is for equity. Salary is also an option (after investment) depending on agreed project deliverables.

This is an opportunity to join a company at the front end of financial technologies in its early development stage.

Role Description

As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for architecting, advising, and optionally developing AI models and algorithms that support the Menthoda matchmaking process. Ongoing work will include data processing, model training, optimization and tuning. Additionally, the AI Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, data sources, and model requirements.

Qualifications

• Computer Science and Hands-on Programming Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and natural language processing, LLM.
• Proficient in Python and one or more of the following frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with recommender systems and graph databases is a plus
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field is preferred

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of hands-on Data Science experience in the SaaS sector with a proven performance record Strong control of classic machine learning algorithms and advanced statistics
• At least 3 year experience as Advisory Board or analogue
• At least 7 years of experience in Python
• At least 7 years experience in NLP
• At least 5 years experience in LLM, RAG, GenAI
• At least 3 years of experience in Big data and MLOps
• At least 2 years of experience with data enrichment and data scraping
• Experience in architecting a complex AI pipeline end to end
• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, with a focus on data science, machine learning or similar field.
• Familiarity with AI/Data regulations
• Ability to work independently when needed with limited resources
• Background knowledge in the equities market and knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis an advantage
• Passion for solving complex problems
• Creative thinker. Ability to articulates complex idea in layman terms, Team player
• Experience with AWS (preference)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English
• Exp submitting for grants/Innovation center (preference)
