Salesforce Domain Manager

A leading organization in Tel Aviv is seeking a Salesforce Domain Manager to join our team.

Role Includes:

The role involves technological leadership of the Salesforce domain within the Information Systems Department, with overall responsibility for planning, managing, and executing Salesforce projects. This includes managing a team of analysts, implementers, and developers, overseeing the work interfaces with various teams within the information systems department and suppliers, and closely collaborating with the organization’s executive management.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or Project Management –
• Required

• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex Salesforce projects – Required
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce – Required
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of systems analysts/project managers – Required

• Skills:
• Proven ability in matrix management
• Ability to manage teams and tasks while resolving conflicts and meeting work plans on time and with quality
• Effective decision-making and response capability
• Full capability to work independently with external suppliers and internal clients according to different projects
• Deep familiarity with Service, Sales, and Marketing modules – Advantage
• Ability to work dynamically and provide quick solutions
• Experience in large organizations
