Mertens-Malam Team is looking for a SOC Team Leader for a leading government office in Jerusalem.

In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, operate security infrastructure and equipment, develop and optimize work methods in the center, and provide professional solutions to various challenges. You will lead large-scale projects, build and implement workflows and procedures, and train both new and veteran team members. You will write reports, perform access control, device protection, and implement comprehensive cyber protection including installation, management, and operation of cyber security products.

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a SOC controller

- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts

- At least 2 years of experience in SOC team management

- Writing and knowledge in building rules in SIEM systems

- Familiarity with communication and security products such as FW, IPS, NAT, SWITCH, NAC, VPN

- Knowledge of a programming language (Python), working with information security teams, CISO, CIO, and project managers
