And we are looking for a curious, talented and passionate Corporate Controller & Reporting Manager to join our Consolidation & Reporting Team to lead our quarterly and annual consolidation process under US GAAP and perform a range of other accounting and reporting tasks.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Lead the annual and quarterly global consolidation process for a US listed company, including day to day management of consolidated books and journals in Oracle and reviewing international reporting packs
• Manage relationships with regional controllers and coordinate the flow of information between accounting, tax, business finance and other areas of the business to ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Take a leading role in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures for SEC reporting purposes, including communication with auditors.
• Serve as a technical accounting expert on various corporate activities as well as coordinate with external auditors to ensure their concurrence with our accounting and reporting approaches.
• Contribute towards additional corporate accounting tasks (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Business Combinations, Shared Based Compensation, Goodwill & Intangibles)
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC guidelines, technical accounting, accounting policies and financial systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and operate in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, including internship at a Big 4 Public accounting firm.
• 2+ years of experience in a Controller or Reporting role for a Hi-Tech company (strong advantage)
• Experience with Oracle & Hyperion (advantage)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, fast learner, independent worker
• High-level English
