AI/Data Product Manager

365Scores is seeking an experienced AI/Data Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of AI, this pivotal role will spearhead the integration and application of artificial intelligence within our product offerings, enhancing user experiences through AI-driven innovations. The successful candidate will lead a talented team comprising a Data Analyst, an R&D Engineer, and an MLOps Specialist, driving the development and execution of AI-based product features such as personalized news feeds and trend generators.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI-powered product features.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of AI and Stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize new AI/ML features and use cases that can enhance 365Scores' products, and will align with the company's strategic goals and product roadmap.
• Manage and oversee the product lifecycle for AI applications, from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Lead research initiatives to understand user needs and industry trends, driving the design of personalized AI features that resonate with sports fans.
• Work cross-functionally with Data Analysts, R&D Developers, Design, Data Scientists, and marketing teams to bring AI product features to market.
• Define KPIs and metrics to assess the performance of AI features, ensuring that data-driven insights inform continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the company's product offerings.
  
  

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a strong focus on AI/Data-driven products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product development cycles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive product decisions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and build consensus.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing user experiences and product offerings
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning - is an advantage.
