Business Analyst

The Business Analyst position offers a great opportunity to gain experience and make an impact within the finance department of an exciting and fast-paced cyber security company. The position will report to the company’s Director of Business Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions for different teams, projects, and other initiatives.
• Oversee the end-to-end commission compensation process including sales incentive plan design, monthly calculation, analysis, process commission statements and report variance and trends.
• Take part in the company’s annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis.
• Assistance in the preparation of various materials for the board of directors and investors’ reporting.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial tasks, projects, and implementation of new software requirements.
  
  

• Outstanding student for bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration with 50%-80% availability (up to 4 days a week).
• Computer proficiency: excellent Excel and Google Sheets abilities and knowledge (SQL, VBA, etc.), as well as of the other MS Office applications and Power BI.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines.
• High motivation, a “can do” approach and a team player.
• Very high-level English
