Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a start-up company

We seek an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have extensive financial leadership experience across start-ups, public companies, and Nasdaq-listed entities. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and knowledge of US GAAP are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals (HO approach)
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
Maintain robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Optimize financial performance through cost control measures.
Manage investor relations and present financial information to stakeholders.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.
Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities and oversee due diligence.
