Welfare Manager

We are looking for an experienced Welfare Manager to join a leading financial organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the welfare team, enhancing the employee experience, overseeing internal communications, and leading corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. This position requires high managerial skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the welfare team and lead it to achieve goals
• Develop and implement programs to improve employee experience and increase employee engagement
• Manage and lead internal communication activities, including publications, internal events, and training programs
• Develop and implement CSR initiatives, including community projects and support programs
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization to create a supportive and professional work environment
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of welfare and CSR programs and activities

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in welfare in a large organization, preferably in the financial sector
• Proven managerial experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Relevant Bachelor's degree – mandatory, Master's degree – an advantage
• Full proficiency in Office applications and ability to work in a technological environment
