AI project manager and implementer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Implementor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing business processes. As an Automation Implementor, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that enhance our clients' operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Automation Opportunities: Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and identify areas where automation can provide significant value.
• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive automation strategies and design scalable solutions tailored to clients' needs using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Utilizing AI capabilities to improve results of given solution
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of automation processes, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures.
• Training and Support: Provide training to clients and internal teams on the use and maintenance of automation solutions. Offer ongoing support to address any issues or improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and optimize existing solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer success, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation implementation, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Technical Skills: familiarity with JavaScript, APIs.
• Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and measure performance.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within scope.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Fluent in English

• Passion for customer advocacy and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business software systems.
