Join an global Pharmaceutical company in Rehovot as an Analytical Biochemistry Scientist, where you'll play a key role in developing and characterizing reagent chemistry processes, including antigen and antibody development, as well as protein purification and characterization.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a protein biochemistry/protein engineering team within a global R&D environment.
- Conduct hands-on work in a protein biochemistry laboratory.
- Implement and perform analytical SEC methods using HPLC/UPLC.
- Perform downstream processes using SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, and other analytical methods.
- Independently explore research questions through literature searches and project development.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies in the lab.
- Communicate project status and experimental data with cross-functional teams.
- Engage in technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- MSc with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Extensive experience in protein biochemistry, purification, and characterization.
- Knowledge of recombinant technology/microbiology is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
