Monitoring And Control Team Lead

Shavit is looking for a talented Command And Control Team Lead!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of command and control specialists to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance command and control capabilities.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

- Monitor operations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for command and control activities.

- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams to convey information and decisions.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

-Deep knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in monitoring and control: infrastructure/applications/user experience and implementing SW solutions.

-Deep knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining SW systems such as SCOM, NETCOOL, Grafana, CACTI.

-Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, PERL.

-Familiarity with information systems technologies with an emphasis on SW (including Linux/Windows operating systems).

-Proven experience in leading a monitoring and control team, excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
