Financial Planning Analyst

One of our clients, a high-tech company, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This company, known for its innovative work operating system, enables organizations to create custom work management tools and applications with minimal coding. With a global presence and a diverse client base spanning over 200 industries, the company has grown significantly since its founding in 2012.

The finance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with all business obligations, planning ahead, and supporting the company’s extensive growth. You will play a key role in developing various business models, preparing monthly and quarterly report packages for senior management, and supporting short and long-term planning processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience as an FP&A Analyst in high-growth companies
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Analytical mindset with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Grounded and original problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them to a successful conclusion
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent
• Experience working with reporting systems (TM1, Adaptive Insights, etc.) is an advantage
