Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and beyond.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including feature updates and enhancements.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, maintaining transparency and responsiveness.
• Work closely with development, design, and product marketing teams to facilitate seamless product development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a superior user experience.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing feedback.
• Conduct rigorous market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the product landscape.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, driving a culture of innovation.
  
  

• A minimum of 4 + years of proven track record in end-to-end product management, from ideation to successful launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Extensive knowledge of data governance principles, data classification, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, NIST, etc.).
• A thorough understanding of global data protection and privacy regulations in the cybersecurity landscape is essential.
• Experience in developing cybersecurity tools that facilitate adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
• Ensure that products align with regulatory requirements, assisting the customers with compliant requirements.
• Understanding of risk assessment methodologies in the context of data governance and compliance.
• In-depth understanding of DLP technologies, policies, and methodologies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing DLP solutions to prevent data breaches and protect sensitive information.
• Experience in designing features that mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with data breaches and non-compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product marketing.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience implementing user-centric design principles in product development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a product management context.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability to technological advancements and industry shifts, ensuring the product remains at the forefront of innovation.
