What You'll Do:

• Innovate and Own: Lead the development of loans and investments products for both internal teams and consumers.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape product strategies.
• Drive Growth: Identify opportunities for product and process innovations to enhance conversions and retention.
• Financial Insight: Understand product impacts on P&L and cash flows, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research to development and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate and Execute: Work closely with R&D, product, design, finance teams, and other internal stakeholders to bring your vision to life.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years in product management with a track record of delivering successful products and managing complex business processes.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive discussions across functions and levels.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional decision-making abilities, driven by data.
• Business Acumen: Ability to create and implement effective business strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• User Experience Focus: A strong commitment to enhancing user experience and simplifying complex subjects.

• Independence: Self-learner with a proactive approach.

• Industry Experience: Experience with B2C web applications.
