The Opportunity

As a Product Manager at MyndYou, you will oversee the entire product development process from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for executing the product roadmap, ensuring that customer needs are accurately translated into detailed tasks across all R&D functions.

As a strong communicator and a people person, you enjoy working with various teams on multiple features simultaneously. With a solid technical background, you can bridge the gap between R&D and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for feature execution, from definition to delivery, and effectively communicate progress to various teams.
• Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.
• Serve as a product expert and professional focal point for R&D, sales, clinical, and customer success inquiries.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical and operational requirements using strong analytical skills.
• Define dashboards for customer use.
• Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development.
• Monitor product and business performance, taking action as needed to drive business success.

Key Experience:

Required:

• 4-5 years of proven experience in analyzing and defining requirements and building tech-based solutions as a Product Manager.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts and schedule trade-offs.
• Experience working in ML/NLP and AI-oriented companies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Independent decision-maker with a strong sense of initiative.
• Technical/Engineering background and a relevant degree are a must.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) at a very high level.
